My opinion of the perfect mortal kombat game is as follows.....you start the game off like a classic RPG Game. You have total control of your character when it comes to looks, size and shape everything you could possibly imagine even down to the color of the eyes to the size of shoes!
you start out as a younge adult having been trained by your choice of clan or race. than you go into something like what MKD konquest mode sounds like its going to be. meeting other MK characters developing skills and powers based on your encounters. the whole time following a story line based on your choice throughout the game. At the end of it all your clan, race or world selects you to compete in Mortal Kombat...Anyways thats my idea of a sweet MK game, Whats yours?

Removed konquest mode, remove chess mode, remove puzzle mode
& more focus on the fighting !!
I just want a good fighting game, not just half-done fighting game with some extra (crappy) modes like they are doing with MKD

no way all the new stuff rules the fighting is awesome whats the harm of having extra features.

The side-modes are nice gimmicks, but if they spent their time working on the main part. The game could have been a worthly MK2 sequal. THAT is what I want for a perfect MK game.
image: if they hadn't wasted their time on the chess/konquest/puzzle, MK-D could have more characters, more fatalities, more costumes, more weapons, nicer graphics, ...

I could do without the chess thing too. More time spent on sub-zero's costume would have been more than a fair trade in my mind.
