I dont know about you guys but to me I think that Chess Kombat is looking freakin' AWSOME  This is one of the best idea's that the MK team has thought of yet. Im not sure I really care for puzzle combat, never really liked tetris anyways. Anyways...what do you guys think about Chess Kombat?

Yeah Chess Kombat looks cool, I like the whole idea of mixing stratagy with regular MK Violence ^_^
And Puzzle Kombat...I think this is like my favourite new mode.....it takes one of my all-time favourite games Puzzle Fighter and slaps somve blood and fatalities to it...I cant wait

Because Mortal Kombat as always been way much more then just a fighter. Heck...you could write a 7 series novel on the six mortal kombats, and im not talking about just 20 page novels I mean huge novels. Anyways Boon stated that he wanted MKD to be the biggest fighting game ever when it comes to content. Also people have been screaming for a MK RPG, and for a more elaborate Konquest Mode, so he just combined the two together. If Midway wanted to they could sell the chess kombat and the puzzle combat and the konquest mode as all seperate games and they would sell like crazy! Well that my two cents worth!

im very excited about MK Chess. and i wasnt too excited about Puzzle Kombat but now i am. its just like this one puzzle game called "Sword Fighting" that is apart of Pirate Puzzles Onlne (a online pirate rpg/puzzle game) and it was just really fun. Puzzle Kombat is almost exactly like it except for the MK twist. but im more excited about MK Chess than any thing else at this point. ill be playing Arcade probably 2 or maybe 3 times. then MK Chess atleast 4 times. then Puzzle Kombat a lot. then finally play Konquest. im leaving that for last.

No kidding I cant even start to imagine where I will start in MKD. Probably with just plain fighting because I want to see how the new environments are going to be...This game should provide enough extra's to last us for a good chunck of time!
