i think somebody who we least expect will try to rule the galaxy, i think more alliances then just quan and shang's will get split and some fighters will switch alliances/sides

I cant help to think that Mileena and Baraka have turned sides on each other also...since they seem to be kicking the crap out of each other in the hi-res trailers that we see.

Why not ?
Maybe they heard about the 'fallen' Deadly Alliance and wanted to take the 'throne' ...
But when they did that, they had a fight.

I think i know the meaning now deception means being cunning right so i think one of the good guys or bad guys might come and change sides like reptile or liu kang

Baraka & Mileena have to play some kind of roll in the Deception...did you notice on the "MENU" screen the only two characters shown to the side are Baraka and Mileena!?!?
