Much like the Mortal Kombat one I showed you earlier, this is the same deal but for Mortal Kombat: Annihilation. The text on the cover reads "From the producer of Mortal Kombat and Terminator 2: Judgement Day" and "Shelf Date: 22nd December 1998, For promotional use only, not for sale or rental" Sorry for the dark image, the flash made glare on the cover so I had to use no flash.
