Just find a picture you like, copy the url adress, go to your profile and paste the url in the avatar section and there you go...

First things first. You need to find a smaller avatar cuz yours is kinda big...
and for your sig. go to your profile in the signature section...find a pic you like copy the url and paste it between this [img][/img]...heres an example
