Here we have the 4 figures that were released after the 6" ones had been around a while, Cyrax,Scorpion,Jade and Liu Kang. These are still around on ebay, but are becoming more scarce.

i used to have the scorpion and its kool but there no fun to play with they cant do much and i like the cyrax alot hes sweet jade and lui are pretty lame toys

Also did they make Reptile, Noob, Smoke, and Rain in these?

I remember when i got the scorpion and jade they had a deal: buy scorp, liu, or cyrax for 9.99 and get jade for a penny
