Hold on. I remember one,. Let me look it up. I think it was called flash. That is either the program that you use to make one or one you use for making sprites.

Photoshop is the best image editor there is, take some time to learn it and you'll be able to make/edit the coolest images :twisted:

I know it is the best.but i deleated it by an acsident and i tried downloading it again multiple times. But an error appeard and now it wont work.So i need a new program.

Where can Photoshop be bought or downloaded or whatever? Can you make fake animations as well?

You can order PhotoShop on Adobe.com, but it costs a little over $600.
It can be downloaded via IRC and P2P software, that's free, but illegal.
