Yeah
A word of advice: don't get upsessed about it just for rank. We have enough people who do that and post pointless posts like "O__o" and "wow" and "I agree man!!" and "Yeah..." (for example: Scorpion Fan. No offense, but it's dead true).
Well, to sum it up, yes, that's how you get a higher rank.

I got a message from Dark-Scorpion, saying that grandmaster, master, and assassin levels are for people who have sites and are with mkalliance. The other levels you can get by posting. Dark-Scorpion also said that they are working on new ranks.
