Yep that would be Raiden. Videos dont work for me but i can see him. His clothes look all shredded...or are my eys decieving me...

I would say his clothes look shredded....im leaning towards the fact that maybe raiden has something to do with or revolves around the deception, because in the chess game when Raiden is highlighted his eyes are red...and with the black clothes...I dont know seems kind of like Raiden may have switched sides???
