The both are exclusive DVDs from region 2? How could it possible?
And MK: Defenders of Realm episodes (VOL. 1-6) are available only for Europe? I need a NTSC version (not VHS).

French version
Widescreen Version
--------> Making Of <---------- The same making of from MK: Journey Begins
Fighter Bios
Trailer

Italian version
Widescreen Version
----> DTS Sound <------

http://www.amazon.fr
http://www.dvd.it

It's a surprise for me, 6 DVDs with all MK: Defenders of Realm episodes are available on Australia (Region 4 - PAL)!!! VOL. 1, 2 and 3 are available on United Kingdom (PAL again).

And I never seen before a Laserdisc with MK: Journey Begins! I have a VHS tape!

One thing: The DTS track from the Laserdisc (MK: The Movie) is very superior comparing with Dolby Digital DVD track. One guy told me this.

Actually I have the USA edition (MK: The Movie), and now the DVD is finally coming to Brazil (R4-NTSC), after long years, I bought my copy. There is no difference, just the 4x3 letterbox format and portuguese track (the USA edition have both formats, Wide (non-anamorphic, I believe) and Full on the other side of disc.

I hope in 2005 they put all DVDs in a megaboxset... with new features and remastered editions...

ok let me just sort a few things out here. In Australia, there is 6 DOTR DVD's (now OOP) with 2 episodes on each disc except disc 1 with has 3 episodes., all up you get all 13 episodes. In the UK there is 3 volumes with 4 episodes on each disc, so all up you get 12 episodes. The episode that is missing is "The Sting Of Scorpion" which is the extra episode you get on volume 1 from the aussie version. It's also the episode I made available for people when the fileserver was around. As for the Mortal Kombat: The Journey Begins Laserdisc, I have it...and It's hard to get now! I also have the MK + MKA Laserdiscs, but not the DTS versions. Lastly, I have the Italian MK DVD and honestly, It's the worst DVD I have ever seen for video quality, you would be better off with a VHS tape, It does have nice menu's tho. As for the UK versions of the MK + MKA DVD's they are censored in parts, as for the frech versions I don't know as I don't have them.

Regards,
