Sounds pretty awesome to me.
Heres some things ive read about it...
"A cool little feature is the dialogue. You can answer everything that comes your way in 2 different ways....the "nice" response...or the "provoke" command - aka "Fuck you". From "fucking cocksucker" to "fuck you" "your mother wears army boots"...this game will implement it all. There's gonna be a lot of drug-dealing in this game, much to the dismay of the ESRB. Also, with the voice commands, you can lure your enemies out of hiding by being somewhat nice...or you can make them retreat by implementing the usual Tony slang. There's even a "rage mode" - when you're on a fucking roll shooting people down, you get into the Tony Rage Mode and it seems like noone can hit you and you have all the confidence in the world. Very effective and clever ploy by the game designers(Radical is the company). You will, of course, have a crew to build at your disposal.
Like one of the designers said "The one thing we will not do with Scarface is puss out. We're not gonna puss out with the violence. We're not gonna puss out on the dealing with the drugs, sex, whatever. Nobody wants to play a watered-down version. We will absolutely go to the most upsetting point, where people go "uhhh...."...And once we get there, we'll know we've hit our mark."

Scarface was a sweet movie, the game is going to rock. GTA Vice City was based a lot on Scarface so its going to be like Vice City in some ways. I can't wait for this game (and GTA San Adreas too).
