i just went to the official site and read Sindel's bio
here's what it says (for those who haven't already read it)
A new threat has put Queen Sindel's realm of Edenia in peril. With the aid of her faithful ally, Jade, she will travel to Outworld to defeat the Dragon King and free her daughter, Kitana, from his control.
so what i got from that is that Kitana was only kaptured, and not killed. this was pretty good news to hear for me and other Kitana fans probably.
cause i'm sure if she was dead, it would've said something like Sindel would travel to Outworld and defeat the Dragon King and avenge the death. so i believe that Kitana is still alive.

It is a possiblity she could be alive. it would be like when Sonya was captured, way back when, but she's still living

no you didn't miss anything, but at first i assumed after reading Mileena and Jade's bio that perhaps she was dead, so it's my own mistake

well in the intro of MK:D Shujinko(whose the narrator) said that Kitana, Johnny Cage, Sonya Blade, Kung Lao, Jax were beaten by Shang Tsung and Quanchi. And then Onaga made his appearance, beaten the deadly alliance and Raiden without a sweat. Then resurrected the earth defenders including Kitana and made them slaves. Well this is what I know....

I don't see why...Johnny Cage HAS been dead for a while. He just keeps coming back temporarily. Though I'm under the impression he could be alive from MKD on....but then again he could go back to being dead for good

actually MK 4 he was brought back and didnt die after that. If you read his DA bio it says nothing about being brought back again just that he was sick of the directors repeatedly killing him off in the new movie.

Huh, I was under the impression Shinnoks invasion blocked his path to the spirit realm and once that threat was over he was able to ascend into heaven. But being the Cage fan, you would know better then I

Yea but I guess he was brought back for good by Raiden or somthing. His ending is him at an award show and then if you read his deadly alliance bio it shows that after MK 4 he was still alive.
