you know there have been alot of different games that have came out that was good like marvel vs capcom and capcom vs snk but wouldnt it be a good idea if we could make a mortal kombat vs killer instinct

Not really, it wouldn't be a fair fight between characters, Mortal Kombat could be partnered with someone better

What Mortal Kombat Vs Street Fighter would be if i could design it:
Mortal kombat Trilogie Vs Hyper Street Fighter the anniversary edition!!
All the characters of both games + The old (mk1,2&SF2,T)
All the stages!! and in the good old 2d!!
I would adjust the MK&SF characters a bit so they match ''look like they are in the same game'' (a little more cartoon to the MK characters and a little more realisam to the SF characters) That should work! 
way's of play:
1 Vs 1 Tournament
2 Vs 2 Tournament
3 Vs 3 Tournament
and a playoff for them all
VS
Survival
Time Attack
Story mode
Options:
Very Easy/Easy/Medium/Hard/Very Hard/Extreme
Blood: Normal/Ultra/little/off
Rounds:1/3/5/7/9
Timer:30/60/90/120/off
Damage: Very Low/Low/Normal/high/Very High/Extreme
Health Recovery: Little/Normal/High/Off
Make Fatality's for the Street Fighter characters like:
Ryu: Super Hadoken: That turns the enemie into dust.
Ken: Super Shoryuken (dragon punch)(uppercut) that pull off the enemie'shead
Ehonda: grap the other so hard that he explote
Blanka: set the enemie on Electric and let him smoke
Chun Li: Bird kick till the enemie's head is of.
Zangief: do the back breaker that turn the enemie in half
Guile: sonic boom to take the enemie in half
Dhalsim: Yoga Fire!!!
Cammy: her legs around the enemie's neck and break it
Fei-long: take the enemie's hart out
Dee Jay: kcik the head off
Balrog: punch the enemie's head off
Sagat: rip the enemie's eye out
Vega: slice the enemie;s skin off
M.Bison: use his magic power and pull the enemie's head,arms and legs of
and make Fatality2, friendship, babyality, stage, animality and brutality.
Make Special Combos for the MK characters (like SSF2T)
and more then that, I will update my ideas later.

A good "VS"-game would only work with a fighting game that is similar to Mortal Kombat. Street Fighter is awesome, but it's nothing like MK, so it's out.

i agree...street fighter is nothing like mk and it doesn't have fatality and stuff
