I would like to have exact coordinates to update my list but I am away from my X-box for the weekend. Here are some rumors I have heard if anyone wants to check them out:
Sektor is in Edenia, "somwhere in the forest in Edenia"
Motaro is in "the village outside of the town during the day time", "near a house"
Nitara and Cyrax are across the lava from Moloch
Kintaro, he is in the woods right outside the first town...in earthrealm
near Quan Chi (inside the walkway) if you look out into the lava you will see a single platform. Standing on it in their fighting stance are Goro and Johnny Cage

I can definitely prove Sektor standing around the forest to the west of the Portal. In fact he sends you on an errand to get him parts from the Orderrealm
Johnny Cage and Goro are exactly where they should be. 7pm they show up on that platform across from the broken Colliseum.
As for Motaro, I've seen him once and that was when I scared that old man to death. When I went back to collect my koins, the guy told me to get away and Motaro appeared next to the house to give me 1000 Ruby

All of them on my list are confirmed by me. I did find Johnny Cage and Goro fighting as well as Motaro by the house.
On a different note, how did you scare the old man?

What you need to do is literally push the analog REAL lightly, so you are barely walking forward. Once you're close enough hit him. He'll get scared and you can get your money. You then walk back over as the guy says he'll double your money. Do it the second time and he'll die...either way you aren't given any koins.
And it just so happened that I ran into Motaro that EXACT moment. Gave off a vibe that Motaro was the devil rewarding my work.
About Kintaro. I decided to play through Konquest again. I was opening the chest and my gf pointed out something in the forest, when I looked up it vanished. So it was no doubt Kintaro. I thought it was Saturday around 4-4:30am. Any thoughts on this? Cause I REALLY wanna see him and feel like I missed my only chance to do so
EDIT: Any time or day I should be aware of to see Cyrax fighting Nitara? And is it the platform residing in the Lava behind Moloch?

Thanks for the tip on scaring the guy.
Nitara and cyrax are apparently there only before you finish konquest so I will have to wait until I get back there as I didn't see them the first time.
Kintaro may be the same thing but I don't really know.
