Damn...I've been running around as Old Shujinko looking for them. In the new profile I may have missed Kintaro for good then. I saw him for a fleeting moment, i.e. a puff of smoke.
Still got hope for Cyrax though

I've got some good news and some bad news.
good news: I know where Kintaro is. Earthrealm B-6 (immediately after you open the chest) the chest a little to your right when you walk out of the village(pretty much directly behind the sign post).
Bad news: it only happens once and he only appears for a second or two. I have yet to interact with him.
I started konquest over and after I talked to dimashi and looked at the sign post in earthrealm I saved and exited. I then repeated opening the chest and running up to Kintaro multiple times.
It is not time dependant and only happens once.

So this only occurs after you open the chest? And thats such a horrible tease to have him flash in and out.

I have updated my posts they contain the locations of almost every character. A few notes:
Kintaro appears immediately after you open the chest near the location listed. As soon as you open it he walks out from behind a tree and disappears.
Cyrax and Nitara in Netherealm dissappear after you open the chest behind Moloch. If its open their gone.
Kung Lao and Kai only appear if you get the white lotus headband before you finish konquest. I have not found them yet as I didn't complete this task my first time through and have not gotten there yet on my second time through.
Someone has seen the female Khameleon in Edenia "at night near where Rain was found". I have yet to find her so it may be triggered by something or something may trigger her dissapearance. I don't know.
Thats almost everyone except for male Chameleon if he is in there.
I think the reason that the Shokan have such limited roles is because none of them have four arms. I think maybe this presented some problems.
Besides Warrior of Zaterra I have to say that I have been pretty disappointed by the lack of response to this thread. I have gotten very little help here. If people would come out of the wood works and help out I would really appreciate it.

I'll do my best to find out the time, place and dealings of Kung Lao and Kai. I'm desperately trying to get into the White Lotus, so maybe when I'm finished in the Netherrealm I can join, otherwise I'm thinking it may need to wait until I've aged once again. So I'll keep an eye out for you on that.
EDIT: Hopefully my giving Bo Rai Cho is medallion back will not hinder my joining the White Lotus. Time to enter the Chaosrealm and age.

And I'm curious, but have you ever entered the large building in the Chaosrealm where those Druids/Monks are bowing their heads continously? It looks like you can get in, but then can't

I've noticed that It seems like an important building with all the people worshiping and stuff but I have yet to get into it.

Ok, so after I've aged via Chaosrealm I went back to Wen and he would not let me join yet. I think I need to have the Warrior's Medallion I found for Master Bo Rai Cho. However, I never thought it useful for getting into the White Lotus...seems I was wrong.
Still gonna try getting in, maybe another change in age will do it

i have 2 questions, ok, i see Cyrax and Nitara all the time, but the demon will not let me cross the bridge so i can get to them, how do you get by him? i tried to punch him and that didn't work, and in the Chaosrealm, i cant get to the Temple that Kabal wants me to hide the note in or where Kira wants me to find the scroll, the Blue Transporter doesn't work so i cant get over there, can anyone tell me how to get over there?

Not sure about the Demon guard, but I think that can only happen once you've left the Netherrealm with the Kamidogu and then returned later on to become evil again.
As for getting into the Temple. I think its the same deal. You've got to beat Konquest mode, cause it definitely works for me now. So I think that may be the key. Once you get that far transporter, near the water facility, working, it takes you to the temple ruins Kabal wishes you to go.

Oh and Detltu, I was able to get right against Kintaro. You definitely can't interact with him. I pressed A pretty hard a few times before he disappeared. I think he's just meant for visual purposes.
As a side note, I decided to run around with Bo Rai Cho's medallion. After the initial training Wen will still not let me into the White Lotus Society.

Nitara can also be found in Outworld, she's in the cave you find for Tanya, but she says she has no reason to converse with you, i'm sorry i cant remember the exact location but she's there

The cave is within the Tarkatan Camp. Also, if you find the Vampire Slayer, who is carrying a dagger and is located on that stone bridge/city, he will ask you to find a Vampire...go back to Nitara to get that all confirmed...she'll speak then
