Here it is for anyone who doesn't know...
It is located in G-8 in Edenia right behind Jade's tent. It has to be exactly 12am on Friday. Make sure to do it this way. It only shows up at this time

Sweet, I've seen almost 20 other ways to get Lui Kang. Most of them were stupid long ones that even sounded fake.
