I probably is, but I don't know where they are or how to get them. Sorry about the Motaro thing, hes not a secret character.

here is my two cents, you can give me the change back too
if you can fight them in Quest mode they are unlockable. I think shang tsung is somehow in with Havik, i noticed they had the same fighting style when i fought him. It would only make sense that if they have a Fighting AI that you could play as them. Ive just been trying to figure out where their pics will be on the player select screen, probably something will rotate around, or two characters will share the same block...
