The only reason why i hate Scorpion is becuz hes almost everyone's favorite and hes so overrated and is going to be the main character just becuz hes ed boons favorite..i dont see how a simple stupid ninja can become the champion of the elder gods...i know hes dead and all but so is noob saibot..johnny cage..and a load more..

lol if u look at it that way,its just theres more characters to like then scorpion..i mean just cuz he says "Get over here!" realy cool doesnt mean he the cooliest...i dunno.

Yah but probably the reason why he's ed boons favorite character is cause he does the game voice overs for scorpion and probably he made him up too.

It's not just that. His whole "don't fuck with me cause Im always pissed off" thing is cool, plus he has always had the best moves and the best storyline.

I've always liked a mystery and Sub-Zero has a complex mythology that always seemed central to MK.
Basically for me if Sub-Zero wasn't in MK it wouldn't be MK

He's not that much less known that Scorp. After all I think the main three that most none MK playing people would know are Scorp Sub and Liu Kang.

I feel the same about Scorpion. I think that's one reason why MK3 didn't sell as well, Scorpion wasn't in that game (he's been in every other one). Since most of the original characters (...possibly all) won't be in the next-gen MK games, I don't even know if I'll buy them or consider them really MK.
