what ever happened to the scar over subzero's eye in mk:d? did the new armor somehow heal it or something?

I think the armor is covering it up. Ether that or it just healed up and is less noticeable.

the way that i see it is this; since he dawned a new outfit, it wouldn't look that good. if sub-zero returns he should look like the one from mk;da but revamped and once again supports the scar.

I think the MK Team forgot to put in the scar, honestly. But it could've just as easily been healed completely, in aid of the added power of the Dragon Medallion and/or his armor (the features of his skin is obviously affected by one of those, anyway).

Well, if you look at some of Frost's early sketches in MK:DA, you'll see she also has a scar over her eye in that version. I think that it may be that the scar is only painted on and thus it can be removed or painted back on whenever... like war paint. Just a thought.

Is it possible, that Sub has normal arms now, and no ice-arms like in DA?
By th way: I really like Sub's look in Deception, he looks better than in DA

actually sub-zero was marked for death by the lin kuei. He refused to become a cyber ninja so the clan wanted to kill him. smoke was with him during his escape, but smoke was captured so that was why he later showed up as a robot in mk3. This is how he got the scar if anyone is wondering.

o_O Uhh, what?
All you said was how he was marked for death and why smoke became a robot. Then you bust out with "This is how he got the scar if anyone is wondering".
Maybe it's just me, but I still don't get your reasoning as to how he got the scar.
I'm thinkin more of the war paint (basically some identifiable paint) idea someone said earlier. Makes more sense, since Frost had the same thing, and since the early pictures of Sub-Zero resembled paint. I forget the DA look, though.

The Lin Kuei was planning on automating their ninjas to cyber ninjas. They already got Cyrax and Sektor. Sub-Zero and Smoke refused so they escaped. Smoke was caught and was automated. Somewhere between then, Sub-Zero was marked (scarred) to show that he was marked for death by the Lin Kuei. (for proof, check out Sub-Zero's, Cyrax's, Sektor's, and Smoke's biographies and endings)
What happened to them:
Sub-Zero - became Lin Kuei grandmaster / good
Sektor - became independent (I think) / evil
Cyrax - joined Special Forces / good
Smoke - sided with Noob Saibot / evil, but easily manipulated

Smoke has a soul, but he was reprogrammed by Noob Saibot that slimy little thingy!
Smoke is Good thats y in Ashrahs ending she doesn't fight Smoke, he still has a soul, can feel, can love... I think I'm gonna cry 
I think Subbys Scar was achieved during a fight with the old Grandmaster who could transform into any animal and viciously scarred him. It was something like that on DOTR but I know its not 100% canon, so plz dun flame.

If you haven't seen Noob-Smoke's Kombat ending, I highly recommend you do not read any further. Sorry, but I don't know how to make the font the color of the background so that you have to highlight it to see it.
In Noob-Smoke's ending (Noob-Saibot and Smoke joined forces), it says that Noob-Saibot was the original Sub-Zero, and the new Sub-Zero is his own brother. He and Smoke kill
