There were some rumors there would be tag-matches in mk5 in the beginning, did anyone ever hear anything more about this?

Imagine that U can freeze a dude, then walk up 2 him and do a SUPER-DUPER MEGA TAG TROW!!! I just think it would suck, 2 on 2 are just fine... I really enjoyed them in MK4...

I think the tag-matches would be a cool idea!, but the two on two matches in some of the previous MK games were cool! I think the two on two matches would be better!!! (KEEP THE 2 ON 2!!!)[/img]

I don't want Mk to b like Tekken or Street Fighter. MK rules all fighting games. Tag battles would be a remake from all the other games that try to pose thinking they are better then MK .

TheDeadFool couldn't be more correct. MK should be original, and stick with their own original creation of the two on two endurance matches.
I'm guessing that's how the fight between the player and Quan/Shang will be. Then, you'll fight the Dragon King as the ultimate boss.
Just a guess.

There were tag matches is MKT, kinda. 2 on 2 wasnt really, but it's kinda like it right?
