the boss will be none other than shao kahn! but i also had another idea...! what about the undead general from mkd art?he could be the next boss!?

I think the boss of the next game will be Shao Khan. Either that or, this is a possibility, the Queen of Zaterra. We learn that Reptile's species was not entirely wiped out. In fact, Khameleon is the Raptor Queen and that she has secretly been repopulating a new realm with Raptors using same magical process used to create Mileena. She allies with the Vampire race and together they plan to take down Shao Khan who has now re-risen to power after Onaga's death and to get revenge for the recently fallen Zaterran warrior, Reptile.
We see Onaga's body in the background slowly transform back into human reptile with his heart still ripped out of him. Havik, realizing the chaos that could ensue decides to re-animate Reptile aswell. This would leave Reptile with a major choice. Remain loyal to his overlord, Shao Khan or follow his queen Khameleon?
The boss system could be based on whom to follow. The good characters would side with Khameleon to take down Shao Khan and the evil vice versa. Neutral characters would fight on a side which serves their best interests.
Konquest mode could involve Reptile traveling through all of the realms trying to find himself in all of this mess while still slightly under the influence of Onaga and his need to kill SK. How you react to different quests and characters along the way would decide Reptile's final alignment and he would be unlocked as a hidden character. This would give us two separate endings.
Just a thought...

hmmm how about the people that they call the ultimate god "The One Being", heck you never know this one could be it. I'm not raising my hopes up that the 1 being is the one. or the old bosses like shao kahn or any shokan warrior heck I dunno. =P

i think it will be the one being. but then the realms cannot exist.
in other words, everyone dies for the one being to exist cept the elder gods.
so it is not likely. the problem is, if we have a classic boss e.g. kahn. some are happy cuz dey like him but others think they are repeating themselves in a boring way.
but coz of the success of each mk, they will make more and weaken the storyline.
this is why mk2 is voted the best mk game. we knew that kahn exists and as far as we knew, he was the ultimate challenge.
with each game, they will lose some fans but they cant quit while there ahead cuz mk fans will be angry.
can u see urself playing mk 20?
(mk is still the best fighting game cuz i like the storylines and that each character is unique and you don't know who will be in the next game unlike soul calibur 2 and tekken)

Who was the most Badass Boss this side of Edenia?

I think Noob Saibot should be the boss with Smoke as the mini boss since they will rule the netherrealm since noone else is also Noob will have more power with the power of his realm but sub zero still lived or was revived so he is young again

I dont think the new boss will be kahn. I think it will be the thing that ermac says in his ending: an unknown force.........It cant be the one being because they said the one being was evil that was defeated by the elder gods and split up into 6 realms. Well anyway this "new force" was able to take over Liu Kang's dead body so it will be likely it's a new boss. I dont think kahn will be the next boss because they said he was weakened from losing. Even if he regained all his power he would still loss to Liu Kang like he did in the past
