I like Noob and all, but I think Rain is more mysterious, he has a very small story line, Noob was in MKT, MK4, and MKD, Rain was only in UMK3 and MKT, and the story didn't change from those...He has a very little storyline which needs to expand because you cant really figure out much about him except that he's from Edenia and maybe 2 other things
