I hate Kobra, he΄s a SF-like character.
The newcomers aren΄t true MK characters (look, storyline). Ashrah has good storyline, but i hate her hat (or what it is:-) In fact, the only game with GREAT newcomers was MK2(Kitana, Mileena, Baraka...).
I hated MK3 fighters, but now i love cyborgs, sindel, kabal...
So maybe in future, i will like the MK:D newcomers, but now i hate them.

I didn't like Hotaru one single bit.
his styles, while powerful, are incredibly slow. not to mention, he's a bastard throughout Konquest mode.
I don't know why you guys are ripping on Darrius, though. he's actually got some pretty good moves, in my opinion. =)

Okay Dairou sucks c**k! Specially when he falls on his back on the floor causing you to get thrown off the ground! It pisses me off!

PS: The best new character I would say is Nitara even if she's from DA.

Dairou is annoying as hell. Only because of the tombstone drop, though. Cheap cheap cheap. Other than that he's rather stylish with his fighting styles and weapon; that I like.
Kira also annoys me. She just looks annoying to me for some reason, for starters. To top that, besides that wierd projectile, all her moves and styles were bummed off of old characters (Kano, Sonya), and her winning pose makes her look like a crack-addict. I guess she's alright, but I mostly don't particularly like her.
But above all others, I absolutely HATE Kobra. He seems so freaking out of place with his Street Fighter-esque look and moves, and his story isn't all that great. He's especially annoying to fight online. I can have a good connection to each character in some kind of unique way, which is what I love about MKD's chatacter roster, but not with Kobra.
