I've been playing around with my Action Replay, and here's my findings. IF these have been already posted, please delete / close this topic.
DISCLAIMER!!! These videos, screenshots and notes are not part of the main game. I have used a device such as an Action Replay to acquire these notes, videos and screenshots. Please don't think I am telling you these people are unlockable naturally in the game, because, they aren't.
Characters Available: -
1. Frost
2. Kitana
3. Kung Lao
4. Noob
5. Nitara
6. Drahmin
7. Sonya
8. Jax
9. Cage
10. Monster
11. Shujinko @ 13 Years Old
and a few more...
Notes (more To Come): -
3. Every character throws by grabbing their oponent, and draggin them over them.
4. Frost has Fu Jow Pai as her first style, and Sais.
5. Sonya seems to have everything from DA, cept for Special Moves.
6. All characters can use the mounted weapons (Thoraxe, Quadspade etc)
Anything else anyone has found? I can post images if anyone wants to take a peek ^_^.

If you really want, I can take some photos.
Oh what the heck, I'll take them now. I'm in such a good mood cos I won a copy of MK Deception just 2 minutes ago ^_^.
Here's some more details while I take the snaps ^_^.
I'm compiling a list of difference / notes for each 'secret character'.
Here is the first half. I will write up the second half later WITH photos.
Oh and BTW, there are no "XXXX WINS" sounds for the characters.
Drahmin
1. Drahmin doesn't wear a mask and doesn't have flies
2. He has only the Iron Club style. Changing styles simply does nothing.
Shang Tsung
3. Shang Tsung has only Mantis and Snake styles. No weapons.
4. Shang Tsung has only his ALT Costume from Deadly Alliance
4. I'm not sure about this, but Frost & Mileena holds her Sais EXACTLY like she holds her daggers in Deadly Alliance. (I'll have to check tho.)
Onaga
5. Onaga cannot seem to throw (I'm not so sure however. He can do the animation, but not the actual pulling off of the throw  )
6. Onaga can use all the stationary weapons.
7. When killing Onaga, he will always does his explosion ending.
8. When fighting Onaga, his intro stays in place.
8.5 I have not confirmed YET if Onaga can go into DeathTraps
9. Deadly Alliance Raiden cannot perform special moves.
Monster
10. Monster has all of scorpions styles, but cannot perform special moves.
11. Monster can go through death traps properly (NO surprise there).
Shujinko @ 13 Years Old
12. Shunjinko at 13 years old is playable.
13. Shujinko 13 has all the styles that Shujinko does.
14. He has all the moves as well, but cannot use them..
15. He is the only secret and hidden character that has a FINISH HIM ending.
16. He cannot perform any fatalities, but his throw is the same as Shujinko
Ghost Liu Kang
17. Ghost is also playable.
18. When Ghost wins, "Liu Kang Wins" is played.
19. Ghost cannot perform any of Liu Kangs moves.
20. Ghost has all the same styles as Liu Kang.
21. Ghost CAN be impaled on Death Traps
22. He is not able to perform any fatalities
Jax
23. He has Muay Thai, Judo and Tonfa styles.
24. Jax's weapons act EXACTLY like Tanya's Kobu Jutsu style.
Quan Chi
25. He only has one Broadsword
26. Tang Soo Doo and Escrima are both intact still.
Kung Lao
27. He is in his ALT costume from Deadly Alliance.
28. He DOES NOT wear a hat
29. He has a different broadsword
30. The broadsword has not been programmmed into his hand properly.
31. All his styles have been carried over from Deadly Alliance.
Johnny Cage
1. His Karate style has been replaced with Shinto Ryu, which is basically Karate, with a different name anyway.
2. His second style is Jeet Kune Do, while his third is Nunchaku.

Ok, I've taken these on my little old Kodak digi cam. Hope they are good enough. I don't have a screen capture device. I can provide Hi-Res versions @ 770KB JPG. I also have provide a video for people who are skeptical. I will also provide images on request Oh, and I'lll post Drahmin and Shang Tsung tomorrow. I'm too tired to continue T_T.

oh man that's f***ing awesome man! i gotta find an updated action replay!!!
however when I saw monster, does that mean he's Scorpion i mean in the story he was almost torn to shreds? am i correct??

You don't hjave to read these y'know, if it bugs you that much.
Anyway, they are on my PS2 version.
Things to Do
1. Finish Story Mode with MK:DA characters.
2. Take Shang Tsung pictures
3. Take Drahmin pictures.
4. Unlock Puzzle Mode Characters (Ashrah, Kitana etc).
