I really didn't like it....anyway, why is it that you can only become classic jax, raiden, kano, and kung lao? why ca;t you do that with all the other characters?

They used Kerri Hoskins for Sonya in MK2 
When they couldn't use Elizabeth. I know someone who asked the MK team that question recently.

I thought it was a reused MK1 sonya sprite.

Not sure if this had anything to do with it, but I remember an ad in EGM (Electronic Gaming Monthly) that featured a game called Bloodsport (I think). In the ad, it featured Daniel and mentioned something blatantly about MK. I still have the ad...maybe I'll scan it unless it's been done here already.

Oh cool. I don't know EXACTLY what Daniel Pesinca did, but i know he did some advertising and he got fired for it. Maybe you DO have the right ad!

Wow, so they went to all the trouble of re-filming Sonya for a cameo in MK2. Why couldn't they have done the same for all the ninja's in UMK3?

Can anyone post some sprites maybe of Chris Alexander as Johhny Cage? All of seen of him as Johhny Cage is a vs. screen picture and his mugshot on the character select.

Johnny Cage looked the best in MKT. Imo, wearing the sunglasses at all times made him cool.

Umm they refilmed all the ninjas in UMK3. They didn't reuse any footage of ninjas from previous games.

i think MKt wouldhave been a lot more successful if they used MK2 sprites too.
