Question? Whats up with Smoke??? I know he was reserected by noob, but why does it still have sector as his foe when Sector really isnt in deception or is he are they hinting that he might be unlockable I just here so much talk about him!!!???

Smoke isn't the only character in Deception to have a allie/foe that isn't a playable character in Deception.

Sector IS in MK:Deception. He is in Konquest. Edenia. You will get a mission from Sektor if you go area H3. He will ask you to go to the Orderrealm to buy cyborg parts. Go to the Orderealm and you will see a man walking around area E5. Go and talk to him and he will give you what you need. You will get 600 ruby koins from Sektor if you return the cyborg parts to him.

it says lots of allies/foes that arent playable:damashi/quan/shang/shinnok/kahn(yet) etc.
why does scorpion hate sub-zero?

Sub-Zero had killed Scorpion and his famaily a long long long time ago. Scorpion came back as a spectre and killed Sub-Zero. However, it seems that Sub-Zero's brother, Sub-Zero 2, is Scorpions target for now.

Scorpions not after the younger Sub-Zero, hes after Quan Chi, he vowed to protect the younger Sub-Zero. They messed up his bio.

Scorpion never vowed to protect Sub-Zero 2. In Mk2, Scorpion's ending says that, but outside of that ending, Scorpion never once tries to protect S-Z 2. If that were true, Scorpion wouldn't have been after S-Z 2 in MK4 where Scorp found out Quan Chi's is his true enemy.
This is what I believe:
1) Scorpion is after S-Z 2 because Scorp doesn't know that Noob is S-Z 1.
2) The MK team wants to keep the rivalry between Scorpion and "Sub-Zero" alive.

he did vow to protect s-z 2. you left out a detail.
scorpion wasnt in mk3 because he had no reason to be there. if he wanted to kill s-z, he would have shown up.
in mkt, kahn invades the netherrealm in an attempt to gain souls which allows scorpion to roam free. he has nothing to do so he just joins kahn.
when he finds that kahn tries to kill s-z, he turns on him (but gets defeated by someone)
then, in mk4, quan chi tells him that it was in fact s-z who killed his family and clan because he needs the power of a spectre to defeat his nemesis s-z. scorpion trusts quan chi as he has been the only guy he can really trust since everyone he liked died. then quan chi admits what he did etc.
(just watch each of scorps endings) (at this point only noob,raiden(then s-z),and quan chi (possibly shinnok) know who the original s-z is.
