I think it was her voice that sucked the most in MKD. She had the same voice as jade. They should have carried over MKDA voices.

Her voice in MK DA was worse! Everything about Li Mei is terrible, true she may look asian but thats not enough to save her in my books. I just hate her she drives me mad!

I hate what they did to Li Mei for MKD
1) They changed the name of her projectile from Sparkler to Nova Blast
- what the heck? I liked the name sparkler. It looks like one.
2) Her voice
- they gave her the same voice as Jade. Not only did it suck, but they could have given her a more unique voice.
3) Took away her Baji Quan and replaced it with Mi Zong.
- Okay, i thought it made sense that she now has one of Bo Rai Cho's old fighting styles, because he trained her after rescuing Li Mei. I figured that she learned it from him. What pissed me off though is that when playing Konquest, you learn that Shujinko trainewd her those styles. And.......he trained her during MKDA, so wouldn't taht mean that he should of taought her Baji quan? BIG mistake!
4) Replaced kckass Sais with a stupid Sword.
- I don't mind that her sais went to Mileena, i mean, mileena DID have them first. But they should have gotten her a better weapon.

Well FYI Jay, those Sais originally belong to Mileena, so Li Mei will just have to get used to her sword thingy.

I like her sword. And she couldn΄t do any good combo with sai in DA, although Mileena in Dec. can do at least 5 combos with sai

oh I get ya now! I think thats what pissed me off, the fact that she not only stole Mileena's trademark weapon, but she couldnt even do a damn combo with them!!
