i hear that there are two mk books. one is just the film on paper whereas the other is a better one (possibly by jeff rovin called mk:the novel)
how do i get it or another one coz i need to read a book apparently and thought that this would be the next best thing
i heard it from someone in this forum so i know someone knows!!

Well i have read an Mk novel before, but i forget the title/author.
I thought you were referring to the MK book that was in the kontent section in MK:DA.

I think they should make a novel. Introduce the new realms and ancient characters, stories when Scorpion had his family or before Smoke got automated. And also introduce new characters, then Ed Boon will decide which ones will make the cut into the next MK game.

I have 2 MK books.
The Book Based on both films,
Mortal Kombat (papperback) and Mortal Kombat: Annihilation (papperback)
I got em from Amazon.com a looooooong time ago.

well, the book i read wasn't based on movies or games. it was a novel that talked about the original Kung Lao's time.

I have them both (along with all the comics) one is called Mortal Kombat Annialation and its just like a more gruesome version of the movie. and the other called Mortal Kombat The Novel by Jeff Novin, it is really great and has a whole new story line and new characters. I found them both at Half-priced books.

To be honest I would not be interested in books based on films based pon Video games. You normally lose much of the story substance.
