Anything from Reptile has my vote! But for Deception, I'll put my vote to Noob-Smoke, or Sub-Zero's "frozen-body-slide-away-and-smash-them-with-their-own-head-thingy" fatality. That was quite cool man.....

Personally I love Baraka's Fatality from Deadly Alliance, chops of legs, both arms, head and impales torso whilst it still moves. Nasty.
Either that or SubZero's Skeleton rip, or Reptiles Head Chomp.

Well you should see him do a spine rip to a masked guard in MKSM. Man that was wicked after performing his fatality on the masked guard he raised up the skull and spine in the air victoriously.

~ Nitara's face eat.
~ Sindel's banshee/star scream.
~ Sub-Zero's spine rip, and the one where he freezes his opponent and smashes them up.
~ Sonya's kiss of death.
~ Scorpion's spear throw from Deadly Alliance.
And if hara-kiris count, then Mileena's sai stab, and Noob-Smoke's one.
