How about when a member does something wrong (but not enough to get banned) he gets suspened for a set time and the time suspended can be posted on a forum it could be called the never realm.

We like to call that the graveyard, it's a waste of time to "suspend" someone for doing something bad.
They do a bad thing, they get a warning.
If they totally fuck up, they get banned.
As simple as that. Thread Locked.
