Much, MUCH, MUCH! Better. Although I have a feeling someone used the site I mentioned  Now for my critique.
1. The text is way too pixelated. But you're not going to be able to fix that with the MK2 font. dafonts.com Download Episode 1, it's an all around great font.
2. The noob smoke cut job is bad. Take your time and erase the background off him. Even if it means taking a long time.
3. The blending is bad. Try putting noob behind (under) some of your previous layers.
