No he didnt. His fight Styles were Shuai Chiao and Wrestiling and his special attacks were Cyrus Stomp and Khan Klap. Kano had the Eye Laser, the Cannon Ball, his fight style was Xing Yi and Aikido. He was nothing alike Hsu Hao.

I think he tried to say that you can do the same moves with Kano´s or Hsu Hao´s weapons.

I like Kano. The only thing I dont like about him is how he coppied Blanka's rolling attack from Street Fighter.
