well the main reason is I hate his fighting styles it seems difficult to pull of combos in shaolin fist and mantis just seems to weak his weapon is okay though.

yeah I do like his costume though I always thought old kung fu masters influenced his look.

Alternate costume sucks. His combos are easy to pull off especially his weapon combos. The hardest combo with his weapons is square,square!
I like shoalin monk style branching combos!!!!!!!!I love all his special moves too. I like his voice, it sounds like one of those masters you see in karate movies. I like when he says "Yes Damashi, I will do as you ask" I always think thats funny

Shujinko doesn't suck anyway. It's just his alternate costume that drives me mad. He has, IMO, one of the most powerful combos and just love doing repeatedly left+2 (PS2=triangle X-box=Y) it drives my friends mad. Oh, one thing I noticed he uses one sword while fighting and two while in the fatalities. Does anyone have an explanation?

i personally think that shujinko should return in mk7. keep his first outfit but a little revised and give him a better alt outfit. he should have a karate outfit, but not like kobra's. give him his own arsenal of special moves and better brutal finishers.

I think that he is one of the strongest characters in the game. It's simple to string together his special moves and his button combos are pretty easy to pull off. just take some more time and practice with him.

o_O He's got 7 freaking special moves. More than most characters. I think you mean his OWN special moves...which he doesn't have.

Heh heh, 7 special moves. Pretty neat huh? I haven't unlocked ALL his special moves but I got some. He also has Kung Lao's fighting styles (how much does he idolize Kung Lao? [don't answer that])
