In the bottum middle of the drawing, left next the dead character in the pit, is there a character falling off the tower or is it something else?

looks like the trap in MKM sub zero when he falls into the pit and gets impaled by the sharp rock

It's a stage fatality
The tower thing is the arena shown from far away the little line is a combatant falling off the top of the tower onto the rocks below

Kinda looks like bugs on the bottom of a shoe. But it probably is a guy/girl falling off. But wouldnt that be kindof a long fall for a fatality. It would take like a few minuts
