ok guys i was playin online and somehow i hit the guy when i was dead then he fell to the deathtrap thing and then it went glitchy heres the link for the video here let me know what you think.

There are many online glitches. What happened with you was one of those glitches.
They are further reduced if your connection is at high quality. Normally if you fight someone with a really low connection rating (or you're the one with a low connection), attacks, reactions, and such are delayed, or linking juggle combos become near impossible to chain, (since it's hard for the game to judge how high the online victim was in the air...with a connection that low), etc etc etc.
Despite the truth of that, I don't see it happen often at all. Now, if both players had resonably high connections...the game plays just as you would offline. Speedy and everything. That's the usual experience I get.
