Lets look at this logically. In MK Mytholigies, Elder Sub-Zero beat and KILLED Scorpion. In MK1 Scorpion killed Elder Sub Zero. )so far it's a tie) But in Scorpion's LIFE TIME he wasn't able to kill Elder Sub-Zero. It wasn't till he gained the ability of a spercter till he could. In MK2 Scorpion fought younger Sub-Zero which came to a tie, because he found out that it wasn't the Sub-Zero that killed him, so they stopped fighting. In MK Trology Scorpion was just hanging out in the backround and really didn't do to much. MkGold, Sub-Zero and Scorpion fight AGAIN. In Scorpion's ending we find that Quan Chi killed Scorpions familey so the two stop fighting and Scorpion kicks Quan CHi's ass. in Sub's ending I think )have to double check) he kick Scorpions ass. MKDA they didn't face off. Now that it is MKD again, they don't fight but there are now 2 new facts to add in. 1. Scorpion is now the Elder God Champion and has all they're powers. 2. In Sub-Zero's ending his anceint armour have started to unleash his true Kori powers end enhance his power. (weither or not he is infact DEAD is uncertant but he probilby is considering many peoples endings involve his death...) So the true question now is with they're new powers, can either one beat eachother for good? I ahve to give it to Sub-Zero.
