Dr.Mario was a video game sorta like tetres, just that Mario was dressed up like a doctor. Now in SSBM, he is a secret character. He has a white trench coat on and instead of Shooting fireballs, he shoots vitamin pills.

and right before u battle metal doctor mario he isn't all metal becuz he is holding a vitamin pill thats not metal. That would be sweet if he shot metal vitamin pills if he was metal though.
