i think you should make it more then one color do a multicolor on it
i would give the sig 8.8/10

It's aiight, kind of... Bland... Subtle, needs a more 'alive' color than red. MegaMan is multi-colored anyway, use his colors next time and blend them with the background, or just pick a brighter color than red.
