For starters in sindels ending when she plunges the spear thing through the dragon king's heart why does reptile turn all the way human again?(It's obvious but you can see reptile laying down in the corner of the screen he looks human)

I have no idea why, probably because that dragon kind sucked him up or something. So then Reptile turns normal.

Now that you mentioned it, I was also wondering why Reptile turned back into his human form, though the last time we saw reptile, he was in his lizard form. Weird...

Why can't they just stick to one story line? Every ending is so different. In Sindel's she kills the Dragon King in Scorpian's he kills the Dragon King in Shujinko's he kills the Dragon King. Who really killed the Dragon King.

Because it keeps you guessing, and encourages you to buy the next game to find out what happened to the game you already have. Welcome to Corporate America.
And besides, cliffhangers are always in good entertainment anyway.

And even if the endings aren´t true, you can reveal character´s true intentions. For example: Tanya´s ending in MK4 isn´t true, but when you have seen it, then you know she is b*tch and what you can expect the next time... Or the Mileena´s MK2 ending is not true (Baraka and Mileena didn´t become king and queen), but it reveals that she is half-tarkata

Reptile went back to normal because the Dragon Kings spirit had left his body and it allowed him to return to normal. I think that in MK7 he will fight in the ninja outfit again.

I think Liu Kang's ending is the best! It makes alot of sense and show why his alt. costume is just regular human. Personally I think Shujinko would've gotten his ass kicked, he's such a push-over! Like when the Orderrealm guards said 'we are locking you up!' He could've easily kicked their asses!!!

And haven't you noticed Sub zero's ending? He isn't wearing the new armor and in his ending it says that his new armor spoke to him (bla bla bla, you get the picture). And Kitana's appearance. In Ermac's ending, Kitana is just a modified Mileena, but in Goro's ending (DAMN YOU GORO! I'll never forgive you, goddamnit!), it shows Kitana in her MKDA alt. Isn't that weird?

I took Shujinkos ending as the overall ending as he is the main charater and it makes sense.
I never really went by the MK4 endings as they make no sense what so ever.

I took Shujinko's as the overall ending as well, it just seemed to tie up nicely, and besides, it led to Raidens ending (which I thought was the best.

I see Scorpions ending being the ultamate ending. Why would they make him a big dramatic storyline just for it not to come true?

I think parts of Scorpions ending were true, like how he became the true Champion of the Elder Gods, the endings i really wonder about are Baraka and Mileena, which of them died, because one of them did.
