No. i mean, before (like MK2) they could have been considered female ninjas, but now as we know about their story, they aren't ninjas.

oh rite I get ya now! Altough I suppose their attire could class them as ninjas but we all know they arent. Jade is an Edenian Knight, Kitana the princess of Edenia, Mileena a hungry psychotic killer and Khameleon a lizard in search of a way to save her people

Frost is the only female ninja. I mean i know the right term for it is Lin Kuei, but in this reality, Frost is a ninja.

nope it was a 2d side scroller, and on the subject of Chameleon/Khameleon i liked the male version better,he had a much larger array of moves at his disposal(sp?) If he wouldve had a story that would be much better better, be beggers cant be choosers.

Tiamat was supposed to be a new character for Mortal Kombat: Deadly Alliance. Instead of using him, the MK team decided to use Tiamat's concepts to create Reptile's de-evolved state.

Thanks for the image Jay! 
I think tiamat has a good chance of being the next Chameleon, reduce about 60% of his sharp pointed scales and reduced his bulkiness, make him have the body build of the MK4 Reptile and slap on some ninja gear (with a white mask, I've explained why in another topic) and he would look great!
