Makato
Appearence: Red Samurai garb, armed with the Tasiyouki Spear
Story: Makato is one of the elite White Lotus Samurais. He is very thrustworthy, can stand in one piece in combat, and always have his legendary weapon, the Tasiyouki Spear. Having heard of Kai's death, Makato went angry, and will do anything to defeat Shinnok.
Special Attacks:
Spear Twirler: B+F+F+HP
Stripe Stab: HP+B+F+LK
Fatality!
Face Surgery
F+F+HP+HK
Makato jumps up on his opponent. Then he uses his Spear the mangle his opponent's face. And after an amount of spear mangling, the opponent yells of the extreme pain, and falls down, dead.
Spin and Slash
J+J+HK+F
Makato spins up his opponent around like a Beyblade Top. Then he quickly slashes his spinning enemy to half using his Tasiyouki Spear. The enemy yells of the great pain, then splits in half.

Not bad. A samurai joining the MK roster would not be a bad idea at all. And his story looks good enough, but I don't remember Kai being dead?
And his status is "unknown" in the warriors info section on this page.

Yea, I thought that possibility too, that Kai might have been dissappeared. So that means he could make it to another MK game!  /offtopic
Anyway, I think Makato is a good name.  But sure, you can always think of a better name.
