I'd say its either Khan or Bo Rai Cho for the guy. The girl i have no clue about. It's probably just 2 people they sticked in to get the size of te place right, or something

Personaly i think its a sketch of a cut scene or intro they are ganna have in MKDA.
To me they look like a King + Queen.
