This has bugged me for awhile, why does Noob Saibot have oil come out of him when you hit him?

Probably for the same reason his skin is black. My guess is hes not completely human.

He's a wraith and he is evil so I guess that's why his blood is color black
WEll you should see this for example at the golden desert stage were you kick or punch Noob-Smoke on the wall as the Buddha statue falls on him and red blood comes out lmao

Yeah. And about Noob spewing red blood on some circumstances, somehow Midway forgot about it. Ok, now I do Scorp's fatality on Smoke and it turns out that Smoke has a spinal cord.

He probably slews out black blood because he has been tainted by evil in the Netherealm. For examples there him being resurrected as Noob Saibot (orginally 1st Sub-Zero) then theres Shinnok, living in the Netherealm, and serving the Dragon King.

Seems that way. I think Smoke has some human in him, because when you perform a fatality on him, he has a spine, and red blood comes out.

Jay: The red blood is only an error. In MK3 when you do fatalities on cyborgs (for example the one, where Kung Lao throws his hat), you can see red blood on them. Later in MKT they corrected it and instead of red blood there was oil:-) So, trust me. They only forgot, that there should be oil and there should be no spine
