PrimitveReptile is correct. A cyborg is half-human and half-machine, which explains why smoke has some human anatomy. When the original Lin Kuei robots were built for MK3, they were simply humans with cyborg technology built into them, therfore making them robotic. But the more they got damaged, the more robotic they had to make them, explaining why they have skeletons and muscle. Oil would be needed for them to function, so it would be a glitch when blood spills and not oil.
As for Noob, he's a demon. Demons are not human, but can maintain a human form. Noob is a member of The brotherhood too, so that only proves he's evil. Its not that he shares Smoke's blood, his own blood is black because it represents what he is: pure shadow, hence the black skin, black costume, black blood.

I was playing MK:DA a few days ago and I was fighting Cyrax. And whenever you hit him Oil would come out...But in the old classic games such as MK3 and UMK3 He has red blood It's possibly an error as a few others said Maybe Ed Boon and his team didn't have time to fix it or didn't realize it

Well as I said,they were human but the more damage they recieved, the more technology was given added to them, therefore reducing the blood in their body and replacing it with oil, so its possible they were more human in earlier games therefore giving them blood. Remember too that they still have hearts (as proven in Kano's fatalities) and Brains (as proven in Johnny Cage's DA fatality) which could be the reason blood sometimes comes out from them.

anywaiz i think that it suits him, hes a very dark character and i really couldnt imagine him anymore with red blood. It wouldnt look very good: bright rred on pure black.
