download the zip file, unzip the zip file of the font you want to install, open that zip file and extract the .TTF file to a temp folder on your PC. Then go into Control Panel / Fonts click "File / Install New Font" browse to the folder where you put the .TTF file and select it from the list, the font is now install and all windows programs now support it.
