When a character in a MK game dies, which other character(s) resurrects him/her? Because I hate the way liu kang looks (zombie). The dead character(s) when resurrected, should look or be just like his/her previous/normal self(s). Liu kang should have being 100% human, even if he was good or evil.

Now that you mention it, I wonder who reincarnated Liu's corpse that is now causing disasters to innocent people, even though it wasnt Liu Kang himself the one thats doing it but some other evil controlling it's body, and when we see his ending someone in the background, which I dont know who since the individual is hard to identify, merged the soul and body into one once again back to human form. Maybe we have to find out on the next MK game

maybe it's Shang Tsung, since no one really dies in video games anyway. they'll probably bring him back in the next game or something.

Shang Tsung? Which one were he merged the body and spirit to make Liu live again? Or were he reanimated Liu's body making it into a killing machine?

It could be the Elder Gods that resurrects the dead or it good be when the good fighters defeat the evil warriors or bosses, it restores things back to normal. Raiden could also have the power to restore things back to normal. After all, isn't he an Elder God? Fujin could be one too. Remember, Shang Tsung, Quan Chi and the other Bosses, have the power to kill and resurrect certain characters; but they also have their good counter parts, like the Elder Gods. In other words, each character has his equal, whether he/she is good or evil.
