I thought that once they became automated, they couldn't go back. That's why so many of them were against it at first(accept for the lunatic Sektor I think). Then when they refused, they were forced to become automated. Plus, their cyborg parts aren't suits, it is their body so they can't take it off. So I say Cyborg Smoke to make it more realistic.
