when people say 'tech' what the heck are they talking about, i cant figure it out.
i have a feeling its a bad thing though, someone elnight me with this knowledge.

itz tech(itz not bad)
like.... ahh.....like in sigs where they have those weird brushes like that one that Khaos made the Mileena Ssig, those white lines are tech, tech are used for sigs, wallpapers etc.
ask someone else for advance...

Tech is usually brushes that are used to give the sig or graphic a certain feel. Real tech is made using polygonal lasso tool, pen tool, and custom shapes but most people including my self usually use tech brushes. Here are a few examples of my "Tech" work.
And this one could be considered using Tech and it is no brushs for tech part.

hmmm. thats crazy stuff man.
i have no idea how to make any of that stuff, but i know what youre reffering to in the artworks pieces.
nice work though.
