Yeah man, you are right...the Mortal Kombat Characters,Backgrounds,Fatalities and special moves are nothing like Mortal Kombat.

So your saying that it's nothing like the Mortal Kombat we know? It looks more like an RPG than a fighting game. _________________ There is no knowledge that is not power...

Well, I know the Mk team hadn't luck with other RPG's, but just looking at the graphics and trailers, i know this game will be hit, whether or not it's not like past MK games.

Yeah perhaps to a certain degree I can see what you mean. Mortal Kombat going beyond the fighting-game at least in my opinion is a little pretentious I think. That's certaintley how it somewhat comes across from Ed Boon & Shaun Himmerick. From what I know they don't seem to care what the fans think but only what they think but not the fans. I don't want to judge as though I'm God but I need to be honest, it's a little Self-Important & Presumptious I think from humble-Observations.

Is it a bad thing that MKSM wouldn't be the same as past Mk games?

We'll no not a bad-thing but I think it's a little pretentious. Because to tell you the honest truth, this is one of the reasons why Ed Boon is one of my least favorite Game-designers is because he seems to be a little too proud and confident in Shaolin Monks not being a fighting-game. And he just seems to think he's smarter than the fans, all because of it.

You know that would suck if this is the one game that led Mk to a downfall and ended up ending the series

Well I'm an MK Fan and the game looks fantastic to me. All the MK1 / MK2 levels turned into fully 3D with interactive enviroments...the idea of the game is not to be a traditional 2D 1-on-1 fighting game...thats the whole point. I think Ed, Shaun and Vogel and the rest of the MK Team know what they are doing...how cool was the way they implamented Kung Lao into the MK1 storyline based intro...that rocked.

I saw all the movies and YES, the game looks cool. (Maybe I will like it more than classic MKs ). The only thing I fear is if the game will have a good gameplay. There is too many moves in different directions, so I hope I΄ll be able to learn how to do everything, because it looks very difficult _________________ DEVELOPER DIARIES

I hope it isn't very hard either. I also worry that there will be some parts I won't like. _________________ Very Angry Girls Instigate Negative Attitudes.

Doesn't it seem too soon for MK to move to RPG's again? _________________ Very Angry Girls Instigate Negative Attitudes.
