I eat a lot at fast food places, but I'm damn skinny!
And don't say my real frickin' name on the net!
I bench around 35 lbs, tens sets of ten. I'm gonna change to a higher weight but less sets soon, though.

you shouldnt do 10 sets, do 3 sets on like 110. That's around the weight i do. My max is 150 twice
